Bound but determined…

I took Sunday off but I was able to do 5 miles in about 55 minutes on the treadmill Monday morning. The ligament felt pretty good but I didn’t want to lean on it too much. It didn’t feel so great afterwards and I’ve iced it a few times since.

I also reported earlier that RICE was effective, but I shouldn’t have, not in the sense that RICE isn’t effective but in the sense that I was actually doing everything the acronym entails. All I really did was rest and ice, so saying “RI has been effective” would be more forthright.
