Stuck to the treadmill yesterday for 3.6 miles in about 45 minutes, 143 average heart rate. The Achilles felt alright after warming it up…I think it’s in better shape than it would be if I had decided to rest it more. I think, in the case of tendinitis anyway, keeping it moving helps to heal it faster than resting it would. That theory seems to be working, this time at least.

Today I was able to take it outside for 2 miles after a mile warm up on the treadmill. Cooled down after that with a few more tread-miles that felt pretty good. 6 miles in about an hour with an average heart rate around 140.
